Our philosophy is simple. We take the specialty coffee industry very seriously.

We have technical expertise and coffee smarts. From espresso machines to coffee grinders, we follow industry trends and evaluate the latest technology. We will help you find the best equipment for your needs whether you are an independent cafe, restaurant, large chain or specialty coffee roaster.

We also understand that all of this wonderful technology needs maintenance and repair. Our REPAIRISTAS^TM are second to none in the service industry. We service all brands of espresso and coffee equipment — and provide vital feedback to industry manufacturers. Many of us coffee geeks are former baristas and roasters. Our diverse staff also includes Certified SCAA lead instructors and USBC certified regional barista competition judges.

Company History:

We are a growing company dedicated to the service, sales and support of the specialty coffee industry.
- 2004: We incorporate and establish our office in the Chicago, IL market.
- 2005: We expand our service coverage area to include Northwestern Indiana.
- 2006: We expand and open our office in the Minneapolis market. We also add North and South Dakota to our service coverage area.
- 2007: We expand our service coverage area to include Iowa and Wisconsin.
- 2008: We partner with the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) and become the official technical service provider for the annual SCAA Exposition.
- 2009: We expand our service coverage area to include the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. We also add North Carolina and South Carolina to our service coverage area.
- 2010: We expand our service coverage area to include Maryland and Washington, DC.
