Back from Houston SCAA Expo, and back at it!
Just returned from the SCAA Expo in Houston, where we for the 4th year served as the Technical Service Sponsor to the SCAA Exposition. We also participated in an awesome attended lab, The Manual Brew Lab, and attended a very informational panel discussion. Got a chance to look at some new equipment,and spend time with some of our favorite Vendors.
We like a good mystery, does anyone know the 3 reasons( main reasons) you end up with grounds in your coffee?
Reason #1
Accidental Wrong Filter size, maybe someone ordered wrong–look at dimensions on box, and make sure the diameter is correct.
Reason#2
Malfunctioning Grinder or Brewer, sometimes this does happen, did staff member mistakenly change parameters?
Reason #3
Coffee related issue, possible degassing issues, or grind weight issues.
